Finally got the line art done. I was able to find more motion lines and special effect brushes in the Clip Studio Paint Asset Store/Library. In both the free or paid sections.

Need to add light and shadow on both panels and then add in the special effect brushes.
I always draw in a darker background for line art to be able to see my lines better. I have light sensativity due to a genetic flaw and its worse with my epilepsy and TBI. I will be trying my new plaino transitions + blue light filter + antiglare glasses soon.
